The 8th of March is international women's day. Today we take the time to celebrate the social, cultural, political, and economic achievement of women throughout history. AFM Services wouldn't be where it is today without the women who have helped build it and run it. Here are who they are, and why they matter to us:

We recognise Natalie, our receptionist and face of the AFM team for working tirelessly to make sure appointments are booked, wages are paid, and clients’ needs are met when they first enter the AFM offices.

Eleesha, our super-star office manager for constantly juggling a multitude of tasks, exhibiting AFM's values with everything she does, all whilst ensuring the office team are working effectively.

Phoebe, our bookkeeper, who has worked for AFM for the last 8 years in a range of roles across our business and individual clients. An expert with numbers, she willingly accepts any challenge put her way.

Anneli, a master of versatility who has worked with the AFM team to create some of the very policies and procedures our team use to be able to effectively serve our clients.

Jiarna, our junior bookkeeper and latest addition to the AFM team who brings life to the office with her humour and positive attitude. Juggling University studies and her work whilst maintaining her level of dedication in the workplace.

Finally Practice Manager, Rose, the mother of our team, for heading up the bookkeeping department, managing the invoicing, and always sparing time to ensure both our clients and team are looked after.

We are proud to have so many women in the AFM family that contribute so much to what we do. Individually we are one drop, but together we are an ocean. Click the link below to take the pledge to #PressForProgress to challenge stereotypes and bias, and forge positive visibility for women.
